National or International flights, items of personal nature, airport taxes, excess baggage fee, insurance, tips & gratuities, sleeping bag (available for rent $10 a night), cycling shorts, mountain bike toe-clips, entrances to Pisac or Ollantaytambo ruins, Huayna Picchu ($55 for those doing the Inca trail or $10 if doing Lares trek) & Machu Picchu mountain ($50 for those doing the Inca trail or $5 if doing the Lares trek).
